How do I disable on-board video on ECS GF7050VT-M??

I believe the on-board video is conflicting with the video card I am trying to get to work and cannot figure out what to do outside of buying a new motherboard which I cannot afford right now!

Last month (or so) I built a new PC using a Fry's combo MB & CPU. It worked until I tried to install the video card and now it wont work. The video card is a ATI RadeonHD 4850 512M made by VisionTek.

Can anyone assist as I am whitt's end and need to get this up and running for my son as a gaming PC!!!

Thank you all in advance.

Have you tried consulting your BIOS / BIOS manual? Usually, there is a option to disable on-board graphics through BIOS.

You should try the video card in another system, and try another video card in that board. This way you can find out if the card or slot might be faulty, or if they're just incompatible with each other - rare but not unknown to happen. Most onboard video these days should disable automatically.

I forgot to add that I get an error message most times when I boot up without the video card:

Windows cannot find 'C:\windows\system32\tools\Delfolders.exe'..............

What is the relavance of this to my problem or is this another problem all together???
