How do I disable NetOpt?

At school in my WebDesign class, my teacher has installed NetOpt on everyones computer so he can, at random, check on what people are doing. Some kids in my class have begun to fool around with his computer and ending up controlling other peoples computers. All the computers are using Win98. I've tried deleting the reg. file of NetOpt from the PC I use but it didn't seem to work. I do know that he turned on Stealth mode when he installed it on each computer. Should I just go ahead and try deleting all trace of it on the PC I use or is there another way?
