How do I disable dynamic SATA?

I Converted my SATA drive to dynamic by mistake and I read that the Dynamic partition is to be used with RAID only and I don't plan on using RAID.How do I remove it? will it hurt my system in any way?

Changing from Dynamic disk to a Basic disk used to require deleting the partitions (i.e. losing your data). I'm not sure if Windows has a better way of doing things now.

Sweet! thanks alot for the help,I just got this HD today and its semi empty so I wouldn't mind a format.

BTW its a Maxtor DM11 400GB drive.
