How do I differenciate a 2000+ Thoroug. B?

I´m going to upgrade my CPU to an Athlon XP 2000+ Thoroughbred B, and I wanna know how to see if it´s a thoroughbred B or A.. I think I will have to read the XA11### serial number, but I don´t know how TH. B are named, so, If anybody knows, please tell me.

the serial on the B's read JIUHB or something along those lines. basically, if the last letter is a B then its a b core and if the last letter is an A then its an A core
