My girlfriends computer got a virus and McAfee can't delete the file (winnqz32.dll) nor can I even in safe mode. Any suggestions? Any programs that can override any holds on the file to allow it to be deleted? Thanks in advance, any help is appreciated

Yes. Nothing beats a virus like knowing how to delete it from DOS.

A Google search for winnqz32.dll brought up nothing. Be sure it is a virus you are getting and not a false positive.

Boot from your Windows CD and use the Recovery Console, then delete it with the del command.

You probably have a deeper issue with some type of spyware that McAfee can't take care of. I'd scan your computer using the normal everyday anti-spyware tools to see of that would help as well.
