How do i delete reg keys premanently?

I've tried to delete them by right clicking, but they keep re-appearing, what am i doing wrong? (all in regedit).

If they are reappearing it means (most likely) an application is putting them back.

what keys are you trying to remove?

When you run those apps they are probably recreating the keys; why are you trying to delete them?

two those I'm pretty sure of that they stay deleted
maybe you've got a virus or spyware that is not letting you delete them
personally I like using

then install a spyware shield program like spy sweeper or Windows Defender

that should detect if something is changing startup items

well, one of the apps have been uninstalled, and i just want to keep startup cleaner. The java autoupdate setting was disabled, and it still is in the registry, it is just very irritating.
