How do I delete old topics that I have posted?

only forum moderators have that ability

If you want to get rid of a post, just edit it out; Any references that others have made by quoting will still show up.

As stated above, only the Mods can delete a thread; that will usually happen under extreme conditions due to posts contained within the thread.

I wonder why you want to delete them? If you posted about a problem and it was resolved, it's better to leave that data there so later others with similar probs can do a search and find the solution.

Which requires common sense.

Therfore solution does not compute for a large amount of people here.
