How do i delete duplicate emails (messages) in outlook?

How do i delete duplicate emails (messages) in outlook?

Some how all my emails quadrupled, and i have 4 copies of every email in outlook 2003. is there any way i can delete the duplicates? ive googled endlessly and i dont know how, all i got were a couple shareware programs that only delete 10 at a time =\.

Try ctrl clicking on the ones that you want to delete, right click, and choose delete. They should all be gone.

In case you don't know, ctrl clicking is just where you hold the control button down and then click on the items.
