I have a file in data partition (not on C drive) that I want to delete, but I keep getting file is in use by another application error message even after rebooting the computer. How do I erase it?
Safe mode didn't work. After doing more searches on Google, I came upon a freeware called MoveOnBoot and I got rid of the stubborn file.
It works well, but the downside is its not launch and go. You have to install it.
