How do I decrease the time that W2K shows "choose which OS" when booting?

I want to show it just a few seconds no 30.

Right Click My Computer and go to properties. Go to the Advanced tab and hit the Startup and Recovery buttons. It's right on the top.

Change the 'Timeout=30' in 'boot.ini' to whatever value (in seconds) you want.
