How do I create one MP3 file

A few years ago when I was still a DJ I made several mixes. I then broke them up into tracks and burned them, but I kept the original wav tracks.

Now, as I only listen to my mp3 player, I want to make full mixes - that is to say an mp3 that is the full length of the mix.

I remember seeing something about this years ago, but I can't seem to find it anywhere in the lame help files.

Can someone shed some light?

I believe any of the popular wav editors can do the job as long as you have the mp3 encoder (like Lame) installed.

Goldwave, Soundforge, etc.

In Goldwave, I couldn't find a merge function but what you can do is create new and paste your wavs into there and save as mp3.

Windows sound recorder will allow you to combine all the .wav files. Then just use dbPowerAMP to convert to mp3.

yeah, I know, but I'm sure there's a way I can avoid the annoying step of putting them all together. I wouldn't mind for just one, but I have about 10 to do.

It's also just stupid because of course they all started out as one big file, and I chopped them up.

Anyway, I'm sure there's a way to do it I just need to keep digging.
