How do I create a yes/no box in excel?

I would like to create a checkbox in excel that allows the user to select yes or no but I don't know the exact procedure.


I'm using excel 97 but I can figure it out if you have a different version.

Probably need to use "forms."

Go to View->Toolbars->forms for the toolbox.
