How do I create a signature in outlook that doesn' show as an attachment for iPhones?

I have a signature in Outlook that contains my basic info and also a image from our website. When i email using this signature and someone with an iphone replies, it comes up as an attachment.

Anyone have any idea how i can fix this? I have spent a decent amount of time looking online and not having any luck.

We use iPhones at work and this question pops up at least once every month or so.

The long and short of it is you can't. It's the iPhone "Mail" app and the format it forwards the email in.

Plain text/HTML/Rich Text has been a balancing act between email clients for years, and HTML is the only one that supports in-line images. If it bugs you that much, you can use a third party email client app on the phone that allows you to choose the formatting.

Thank you for the reply.

Well the long story short is that an important person here at work wants the signatures changed. Its petty and a waste of time, but it is what it is.

What is annoying is that by playing around with an html editor, I was able to get my signature to show up and not be an attachment on an iphone, I can't recreate it though. I have copied html and documents to try and get on another pc and no luck.

FWIW, I a really don't know much about HTML other than what i have recently googled.
