How do I create a good XP Pro boot disk?? (figured it out)

I already have XP Pro installed and want to do a clean re-install it but I don't know how to create a good boot disk. I tried to create one from the A:>format>create MS-DOS boot disk and also from bootdisk.com but the main issue is when I use it I my keyboard stops functioning.

Any suggestions are appreciated...

Nevermind, I had to enable the usb keyboard function in the BIOS!
