How do I create a file to eject CDs?

Being as how customisable Windows is I imagine there is a way to create a file that will execute a CD-eject. The reason I am asking is because I want to make a file to eject the CD and then make a bind (Ctrl+E) to it.

Took me a couple of seconds to write this.

Right-click and Save As.

eject.exe you can specify which drive you want to eject, and even close the tray again as well.
