How do I create a bootale USB flash drive?

I have a 2gb Crucial Gizmo drive and I want to make it bootable so i can use it to flash my BIOS. I did a google search and found a couple "guides" but was having trouble with them. Can anyone here help me with making one? Thanks.
 
Use the HP utility.

Google has tons of links for it.

I used that one myself since it's easy & works 🙂

edit: checked & the one i used is SP27608.exe
