How do I create a blank ISO file to mount to a virtual drive?

DO NOT recommend winiso v5.3 (maybe newer vers will be OK) when saving data to BIN files. ISO files may be ok.

it doesn't save the data correctly, but if it works for you, stick with it I guess.
just use a zip file and 'test' the zip file to confirm that winiso saved it .. probably ok 🙂
