What are you trying to do? Why don't you just rip a CD and use that as an ISO?

User Nero's Image Writer or something like WinISO.

DO NOT recommend winiso v5.3 (maybe newer vers will be OK) when saving data to BIN files. ISO files may be ok.

it doesn't save the data correctly, but if it works for you, stick with it I guess.
just use a zip file and 'test' the zip file to confirm that winiso saved it .. probably ok

I think Roxio's burning software lets you make image files.
