How do I copy profile settings in Win 2k?

I have completely setup Win 2k. I want to use this profile for Excel/Word, etc. Now I want to setup a second profile that changes a few settings for working in audio editing software. I just want to tweak a few setup options and permissions but I want to keep all my file options, e-mail settings etc.

Is there a way to copy one profile to another user or a way to make profiles share some settings but not all?
