how do i cook fish on the stove?

i do that.. works well for tilapia

Defrost it, Season it, lightly dredge it in flour, pan sautee, flip. after taking fish out of sautee pan, deglase with white wine, a little fresh lemon juice, cut the heat down low, then slowly add butter to the pan. (basic ber blanc sauce) pour sauce over fish.

Personly I like to add jalapenos garlic and shallots to this recipe.

Can be served over Capelli d'Angelo (Angle Hair) pasta if enough sauce is made.
