How do I convert my 2 pin connector to a 3 pin?

My MSI RX9800 is a 3 pin connector. How do I get my VGA Silencer, which has 2 pins, into a 3 pin?

I kinda screwed up a bit too on my splicing. I couldn't get a clean strip and ended up pulling the wire right out of the 3 pin. The metal bracing things are still inside white thing...

If I could get the metal pieces out of the white connector, then I'm sure I could get it to work. But I can't figure out how to get them out easily.

edit: I got it! I managed to fine a mini screwdriver set (flatheads) and it was the perfect size for prying out the metal connectors.

up and running now.
