How do I control the fan speed on the ATI X1900XTX?

I just bought a HIS ATI X1900XTX video card and took the stock cooler off and replaced it with the Accelero X2.

I would like to turn the fan speed on the Accelero X2 all the way up to 100% to do some testing on temps. How do I do this? I'm using the CCC as my temperature reporting tool but can't find how to control the fan speed.

Do I need to download a different ATI tool? If so what and where?
 
Wow. Thanks guys. I really like ATI tool compared to the Catalyst Control Center. Can I remove the CCC and just use the ATI tool? Will removing the CCC get rid of my actual video drivers??? Thanks!!
