This email is to notify you that the seller of this item, nicaven, has requested a credit for the final value fee ("FVF"), indicating that payment has not been received for this item.

As a result of this seller's FVF credit request (Non-Paying Bidder claim), you are receiving your first Non-Paying Bidder("NPB") Warning. If you receive a 3rd NPB Warning, your account will be suspended indefinitely.

As our User Agreement explains, if you are the high bidder on any item, you are expected to honor your bid and are obligated to complete the transaction. Our Non-Paying Bidder Policy exists to help us enforce our User Agreement with respect to non-paying bidders. For details about eBay's NPB Policy, go to:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/bidders_overview.html

If you believe you have received this NPB Warning in error, please review the Non-Paying Bidder appeals instructions within our online Help desk at:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/community/appeal-npb.html

If this transaction has been completed, please ask the seller to contact us, using the NPB Warning Removal form, located at:

1. Proof of payment by check or money order.

We accept copies (front and back) of a check or money order as proof of payment. Keep in mind that hard copy appeals often take up to 10 days to process. Include the item number and your User ID on the documentation. You may mail proof of payment to us at the following address:

eBay Inc.

Bidder Appeal Dept.

173 West Election Road

Draper, UT 84020

Or you can fax us a copy of your proof of payment at the following number:

1-801-545-2585

Again, keep in mind that hard copy appeals can take up to 10 business days to process. Please write: "Bidder Appeal" on your cover page, and include the item number and your User ID on the documentation.

2. Copy of your email you sent to the seller and received no response or a copy of email communication between the seller and yourself.

Please send these emails to us with the full headers. A header will look like a string of "nonsense" characters. You can find them using the "properties" function of your email program. We always need the full header of any email you send as evidence because it enables us to trace the pathway of the email. You can review what a header is and how to locate it at the following web address:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/basics/information.html

If you have trouble finding the email header, we suggest that you go to the following link, which contains information on how to obtain headers for many email clients:

http://spamcop.net/fom-serve/cache/19.html:

3. PayPal, eBay payments, or Bidpay proof of payment.

You may send a copy of your payment confirmation from the payment service to the address listed above or you may send email proof including headers.

4. Seller left positive feedback for this auction on my profile.

**Please visit the following link and click on 'Non-Paying Bidder Appeal Form' to report your claim through email:
