how do i contact CPUSFORLESS?

I ordered a p3-700 cb0 from them on the 13th. I received the CPU today (19th). I send them an email (on the 13th) asking them to cancel the order, but I never received a response. They have no listed phone number and I don't know what to do. Please help! I'm stuck with 2 p3-700s now. One for $215 from Onvia and the one from CPUSFORLESS for $290.

This may not help at all but they promised to do better over the week-end. (see below) Try another E-mail. I've seen a few posts where someone claimed to know the owner. Maybe they'll post here.

i emailed them again today. for a total of 3 emails in the span of 6 days. i hope you're right and that they are backlogged. worst case, i will have to sell it on e*bay...

BUYER BEWARE: I would not trust them. They do not return emails and don't ship on time as promised on their website.

Heres how I finally got them to respond, whether right or wrong IT WORKED: I emailed them with the same subject line many times in a row. I think they got the picture that I wanted to cancel my order--- FINALLY... Good Luck

I had a pretty good experience with them, when I got a Celery II 566 for a system I was building. Overclocked like a charm.

They're probably just backlogged.

I'm having the same problem. I ordered my cpu, 3 days later still no confirmation or order shipped. Since then the price has dropped at their own site. It seems like if they have enough time to update their price list, they should have enough time to respond to my e-mails, or at the very least send out the product I ordered.
