He's probably out of town or out of stock. Might try enabling your profile and you must enable the ability to recieve PMs.

Currently neither are enabled for you.

He is on right now....you need to enable your profile and turn on your Private Messaging...that can be done through your profile. Hope this helps you...
BTW...he can't contact you unless you turn on your PM
