how do i connect my xbox to my laptop?

the xbox seems fuzzy on my crappy tv, so i'd like to connect it to my laptop screen, how should i proceed?

unless you laptop has a tv capture card, you cant...and the posibility of your top having a tv capture card is slim to none. So in other words you are SOL my friend
