How do I connect my Xbox 360 to my PC monitor with no HDMI?

All three of my monitors don't have HDMI and I don't want to buy a TV. How would I connect my 360 to use my computer monitor without buying an hdmi capture card?

Either get a VGA adapter or a DVI-HDMI adapter.

When did you buy your 360? You can either get a Component Video adapter or a Composite Video adapter or a VGA adapter.

how would i output the sound though?

All 3 of the adapter I recommended have audio out in the form of RCA. I think the VGA has a 3.5mm out.

Also you could use optical to get the sound to your PC. The Mad Catz VGA cable I bought had both RCA and optical and I use optical to input the sound to my X-FI card.
