my case has 6 wires for front audio:

mic in R
L-out
R-out

How do you connect them to the K7vta3 "Audio1"?

I have this board, and I have no idea if it even supports such a thing. I would say to contact ecs and ask them.

The directions are in the motherboard manual. You have to remove 2 or 3 jumpers on the front panel audio connector, consisting of about 9-10 pins, located next to the onboard sound ports. Make a note of the pin positions. If you change cases or sell the board to someone else, the speakers won't work with the pins removed. The connections are pretty straightforward. One wire from the case is unnecessary, so just leave it disconnected.

That doesn't look standard. There should be L-out and L-return, R-out and R-return. The "return" part is just a loopback. Also, there should be a 5V/BIAS line.
