How do I connect a PC to Linksys Wireless Router via port & cables?

I have my cable modem plugged into my wireless router (BEFW11S4) and have an ethernet cable plugged into one of the four ports on the router going into my Nic card on my PC. Is there something I have to set on my router for it to share my cable modem using the ports on the router?

The cable modem should be hooked up to the WAN port on the router.
If it's wireless why are you hooking it up to the NIC in your machine?

I don't want wireless anymore because my wireless card is malfunctioning. Is there anything I have to set on the Linksys to let the modem signal pass through the ports on the back of the router?
