How do I configure RC5?

How am I able to configure RC5, when it's on my task bar, right clicking doesn't have that as an option (it's shadowed so I can't choose it). I want to maximize my output so I can help put us over those Dutch!
 
Double click the cow (left button), then right click on the screen after it pops up, configure is then an option.
