How do I configure my KT133A bios? Websites? Advice?

I was wondering about all the stuff in my BIOS that needs to be set, and the Via 4-in-1. I generically chose all the "fast sounding" stuff like "AGP Turbo Mode" and "Turbo" RAM and whatnot. Performance isn't thrilling me, so I'm guessing it's not that easy

Any tips as to what to set, or websites so that I can finally figure out what all these random options are?

Edit: Thanks FatAlbo, I went to that site, followed a link to another, then followed a link to another and found the problem. It was the VIA 4-in-1 drivers; they need to be installed /after/ installing the video drivers for the AGP driver to be effective.
