How do I compress this gif down just 1kb more?!

My AIM Buddy icon is 8kb and AIM can only accept 7k and under. What should I do to make it 1kb less? ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG.

Okay, I got it. I just used a different animated gif program and it chopped off 2kb!!! WAHOOO.
