How do I completely control my Uncles computer?

Ok, These guys are totally dumb they cant install a program let alone d/l it I need something so when they are online I can control the pc. I need to install eyeball on there computer so we can talk since netmeeting doesnt work for some reason. If they need to have something on there pc for me to control it tell me & I will send it via msn to them. My parents are pissing me off & they aree to with their stupidity. Before you ask they are in Pakistan & I'm in Chicago.
