How do I combine / convert / decode these files ?

Hi

I need your help

This is probably a real dumb question and I expect some will delight in
abusing me for it but I've just downloaded several mp3 files with Grabit newsreader
and I have no idea how to use it.
When I click on an item all I get is a whole lot of unreadable text.

They are binary files, posted in multiple parts that have to be combined
and decoded into the files the way they were uploaded (usually mp3).

How do I combine / convert / decode these files ?

What kind of software should I use ?

The program you d/led them with, doesn't it allow you to right click the files to combine them or have something like that as part of the menu? Or do they have a file extension; something like .rar, .zip, etc?

are you using the latest version of grabit? it should automatically encode yenc postings
