I am trying to upgrade an office installation to Office 2k and during the installation (After the reboot) it fails to register about 12 DLL's. Word, Excel, Powerpoint work fine (Or so it seems), but access complains immediately and outlook complains that it can't open some access database (Go figure). Anyway, I have tried installing 2 ways.
1. Just install telling the O2k installer to remove word 97.
2. Uninstalling word 97 via the add/remove programs applet.
FYI, I have an image of the PC the way it came in so I am open to trying whatever. Have searched the knowledge base and haven't found anything that seems like it would work. Thanks in ADV.
