How Do I clean Up what starts up In Windows XP ?

I need to know how to clean up the programs that start in the background up in windows XP. Please help

Type "msconfig" in Run, go to "startup" tab & unclick any programs that you don't want to start automatically. Also, you can turn off any services you don't want to start automatically in Services.

Hehe...and also Start-Programs-Startup (delete the apps you dont want!)
