How do I clean my mySQL database?

I am using an account with Freedom to Surf and I want to clear my database. The "delete" option doesn't delete. So is there some php script that I can run that will clean every table and entry? I have the database host, port, username, passsword.. isn't there some way I can run something that will wipe everything? Also... I don't know how to use php or mySQL, I just run the open source dynamic website like php-nuke.. but I want to get rid of it, and I can't seem to do this.

Please help, and if you can write a quick and dirty code to clean my database.
