How do i clean dust out of an acoustic guitar?

Found an old yamaha acoustic lying around. Sounds great, but I can see a fair amount of dust inside the body. It doesn't really come out just by thumping on the back. Anyone know of any tried and true methods?

thought of it, but wont it just billow the dust deeper into the body?

I'd take the strings off (leave them attached to the bridge) to access the sound hole, use compressed air to loosen up any thicker layers of dust, them vacuum it out thoroughly.

Leave the string on, or it takes the pressure off the neck. Use compressed air, but make sure there is no moisture in it.

deeper? The body isn't that deep really, blow it around and hold a vacuum above the strings should clean it out....

It would not affect anything if you just left it and let it dedust itself through playing it.

Hell, it's a Yamaha, it'll probably sound better with the dust. (I have an old Yamaha too)
