i want to check the IP address of the email that sent to me via outlook or hotmail
i want to check the iP address of people chatting with me on icq or msn
how do i check with this type of stuff
just so i can avoid troll better

the header thing I don't know...

With the direct connect, try sending them a file if they accept run netstat at the command prompt while they are downloading it.
