How do I check if my mobo is operating at 4x or 8x?

I have an ABIT IS7 mobo running with a AIW x800xt (thank god for the trade-in program ). No problems playing games, but sometimes I wonder if my mobo is properly configured to fully utilize the board's awesome p-p-p-powa, you know?
