You can change every key in the game, or see what current keys are under the options/controls screen

You should be able to see it in the key control assignments. I think it's 'L' for team and 'Y' for all?

How is that similiar at all?

He created a topic that is displayed on a webpage. Every person that visits the page now has to load his topic. They only have to see my response if they click the thread... big difference.
