How do I change WinXP Pro profile locations?

I would like to have separate partitions for my OS and for my data, so I would like to have my user profile information stored somewhere other than the default location, or at least the My Documents folder for each user. Is this possible? I was hoping to do it using the system environment variables, but I don't know the variable name. And if there's another way to do it, I would like to know that also. I found something in the help file about folder redirection, but it didn't sound quite right, or as secure as normal.

Thanks!

during xp/2k setup, use a answer file. for example, my answer file contains this:

[GuiUNattended]
ProfilesDir = D:\Users

this puts all the stuff normally under "documents and settings" in d:\users. just find the command switches you need to run to do this.

Thanks!

I might, though, want to change it later. There must be a registry setting or something. (?)

if you want to change my documents, right click on my documents and u can move it to another directory or drive or wherever u want. changing other things takes quite a bit more work :)
