how do i change win2k login wallpaper / t21 win2k restore disk

i've seen some people do it just dont know how.. thanks in advance. also if anyone has the ibm t21 win2k restore disk a copy would be greatly appreciated!
 
also anyone know why when bootin win2k (or any OS for that matter) on a laptop lilke the loading screen looks so ghetto ugly.. like u know the win2k startup white screen with the load bar, it looks really awful on laptops, squished and super low res and low color

At the time that screen displays the video drivers you use while in Windows have not been loaded yet.

To change the login wallpaper navigate to HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop in the registry, and edit the Wallpaper string. You have to either be logged in as Administrator or use the runas command. Otherwise you cannot edit this string.
