how do i change the time on a netgear router

I need to block some websites during some specific hours. How would i do this. I have a netgear and cant seem to find anytime clock configurations. when i check the loc the time is off 3 hours

Pick your time zone and then click Apply. Depending on the resolution you're running, the Apply button is sometimes off the bottom of the screen. You have to scroll to see it.

Once it's retained, the time zone the time will be correct.

I've done this myself and been really frustrated for a few minutes until I remember.
