How do i change the resolution when not in X server?

I got the drivers in, now the res is 320 200. so i can't see much...he he....is there a way?

Go into a console and type "xf86config". Then follow the instructions; it's not the most user friendly program there is (and you'll need to know your monitor's horizontal and vertical rate thingies). If you're feeling brave, you could always edit the XF86Config file (probably in /etc/X11).
