How do I change the frequency of Sytem Restore Checkpoints ?

There is a limit on how much space is dedicated to the restore points on your hard drive. If you increase the frequency of restore points, you will reach that limit faster. The old restore points will be deleted automatically to open room for new ones. So, I don't think that link tells all the story!
 
That limit can be set in the GUI. With modern hard drives being commonly 200GB, and a 12% default set-aside (isn't that what it is?) I don't think most will have issues.
