How do I change priveleges to an XP limited account

I need to give Windows XP Limited users the ability to add hardware to systems. For example when they connect flash/thumb drives it will ask for the admin account info. There must be a tool to give Limited Users the ability to add hardware only.

If all the users need is the ability to add/use jumpdrives try this:

Other than that, the only thing that comes to mind at the moment is adding them to the Power Users group but this will give them more priveledges then what you might want.

I tired your suggestion and I tried this a solution found on Novells website. Nothing works. Not giving up on this.
