Do I just change it in every folding app that I run? Some help would be appreciated!

Edit: Also, how much difference does the -forceasm/-advmethods flags make? I'm folding with ~5 computers (most 2003+) and my stats are here
 
For the CLI version, stop the service (if it's running) and start the client up with the -config or -configonly flag.

Yup, just changing the TeAm number to 198 will get you folding for the TeAm. Use the -config or -configonly flag like MDE suggested for the console client and I think it is easy to do with the GUI client, too.

The -forceasm flag tells the client to always use optimized code.

The -advmethods flag is currently not needed to get the bonus WUs, but the client must be configured to take > 5 MB up/downloads.

The current bonus WUs are: 1164, 1165, and 1478. They are worth 574, 622, and 364 points, respectively.
