How do I change it in the Bios to boot from cd-rom? and I have a Epox 8K7A Mobo

look in the boot menu in bios & put cd rom as number 1 instead of floppy or ide hdd!

It's located wherever you specify "1st boot device..., 2nd..., etc.). Probably in some section called advanced bios settings.
