How do i change Harddrive letter?

Computer Management -> Disk Management -> right click -> properties -> in there somewhere (change drive letter).

Start -> Control Panel

EDIT: or you can right click on your start button bar, go to properties, and go through the options to find the one to enable it on your start menu, in which case it will be right there on your start menu.
